CPS ENERGY OFFICES CLOSED DECEMBER 24, 27 AND 31
Online services, including financial assistance applications, available during closures
December 23, 2021 (SAN ANTONIO) – CPS Energy offices and customer service centers will be closed on Friday, December 24, and Monday, December 27, 2021 in observance of the Christmas holiday. CPS Energy customer service centers will resume normal operations of 7:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 with extended hours available on Wednesdays until 6:45 p.m.
Additionally, offices and customer service centers will be closed on Friday, December 31, 2021 for New Year’s Eve. Normal business operations will resume on Monday, January 3, 2022. During the closures, customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime.
Online services may be conveniently accessed through Manage My Account at cpsenergy.com anytime, including holidays. Customers are encouraged to go online and update their emergency contact information, including language preference. Current contact information allows CPS Energy to send customers critical notices on company information and emergency events such as weather advisories, Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) mandates, gas leaks, and more.
Customers also can use Manage My Account for a variety of self-service needs, including:
- start/stop/transfer service,
- make payment arrangements, and
- set up a payment plan.
For San Antonio residents financially impacted by COVID-19, a convenient online application is available for bill assistance made possible by City of San Antonio American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The application is available in both English and Spanish at:

CPS Energy also advises customers that service disconnections for nonpayment are on hold through the holidays and to not fall victim to scammers who demand payment and threaten disconnection. For more information on utility scams, visit CPS Energy’s website.
