CPS ENERGY OFFICES CLOSED MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, IN OBSERVANCE OF LABOR DAY
August 29, 2022 (SAN ANTONIO) – CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and the call center will be closed on Monday, September 5, 2022 in observance of Labor Day. Offices will reopen Tuesday, September 6, with customer payment centers resuming operations at 7:45 a.m.
During the holiday, customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime. Online services may be conveniently accessed through Manage My Account at cpsenergy.com . By using Manage My Account, customers can take care of the following services at any hour or day that is convenient for them:
- start/stop/transfer service,
- make payment arrangements,
- set up a payment plan,
- sign up for emergency alerts, and
- update contact information, mailing address, and other options.
To pay bills by phone, customers can call (877) 257-1172. To mail a payment, customers can include their bill and payment to CPS Energy, P.O. Box 2678, San Antonio, TX 78289.
