CPS ENERGY OFFICES CLOSED IN OBSERVANCE OF MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DAY,WALK-IN CENTER OPERATING HOURS CHANGED TEMPORARILY

New hours now in effect and will remain until further notice

January 14, 2022 (SAN ANTONIO) –CPS Energy offices will be closed Monday, January 17, 2022, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and will reopen on Tuesday, January 18. During this closure, customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime.

CPS Energy walk-in centers are modifying operating hours to Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. These operating hours are temporary and will stay in effect until further notice. 

Customers are reminded of other ways to pay or conduct CPS Energy business without visiting a walk-in center. Manage My Account offers online self-service options, including bill payment, and can be found at cpsenergy.com. Customers also can opt to make a one-time online payment without logging in to Manage My Account.

Customers can pay bills by phone by calling (877) 257-1172 or can mail their bill and payment addressed to CPS Energy, P.O. Box 2678, San Antonio, TX 78289.

As a reminder, American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds are available to assist San Antonio residents financially impacted by the COVID-19 crisis with utility payments. There are a couple of ways to apply for assistance without visiting a walk-in center:
