CPS ENERGY OFFICES CLOSED FRIDAY, APRIL 8
April 6, 2022 (SAN ANTONIO) – CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers and call center will be closed on Friday, April 8 for the Battle of Flowers Parade. During this closure, customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime.
Online services may be conveniently accessed through Manage My Account at cpsenergy.com anytime, including holidays. By using Manage My Account, customers can take care of the following services:
- start/stop/transfer service,
- make payment arrangements,
- set up a payment plan, and
- update contact info and mailing address, and other options.
To pay bills by phone, customers can call (877) 257-1172. To mail a payment, customers can include their bill and payment to CPS Energy, P.O. Box 2678, San Antonio, TX 78289.
CPS Energy Customer Service Centers will resume their regular hours of 7:45 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 11.
