  • My bill is due tomorrow and I’m trying to pay it now, how am I supposed to pay it if y’all are down? Will I get a late fee still? Please get back to me at the earliest convenience!

    • Thank you for your comment, Abraham. CPS Energy has paused late fee penalties until Wednesday, April 26, 2023, due to the current system maintenance outage. This will give customers that are trying to pay their bills during the scheduled maintenance period the opportunity to pay their CPS Energy bill without penalty.
