CPS ENERGY CONTINUES IMPROVEMENTS IN SOUTHWEST SAN ANTONIO TO SUPPORT RELIABILITY

Work will result in rolling traffic stops on Loop 410 and Pearsall Road area on Sunday, June 26

June 24, 2022 (SAN ANTONIO) – CPS Energy continues improvements to support reliability for customers south of Loop 410 and Old Pearsall Road. The project involves removing and installing overhead power lines across the highway.

The work will take place on Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. This reliability improvement project will require planned outages and customers have been notified.

Rolling traffic stops will be conducted as CPS Energy crews work on both sides of Loop 410 highway and access roads. In conjunction with both contractors and law enforcement, traffic control will be provided in the area. CPS Energy reminds drivers to Move Over Slow Down, per State law, for crew and driver safety.
