Update as of noon: system outage resolved

CPS Energy has resolved the information technology system outage that impacted the ability for customers to access our Manage My Account portal, report outages online, and pay their bills. Our walk- in centers will open at 1 p.m.. As a reminder, customers impacted by this morning’s outage will not be disconnected or charged late fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience.
