CPS ENERGY TO HOST SMALL & MEDIUM SIZED ENERGY2BUSINESS (E2B) FAIR
Fair will keep National Small Business Week going by connecting businesses
to valuable resources
May 4, 2022 (SAN ANTONIO) – The first week of May is National Small Business Week, and CPS Energy will keep the observance going by hosting an E2B Small & Medium Business Support Fair on Thursday, May 12, 2022. The fair will offer 27 informational booths from CPS Energy and community partners with products and services, guidance and support to local businesses through an abundance of resources. The event will be the second E2B Fair this year as CPS Energy enhances its support to small commercial customers through a specialized team that focuses on SMBs year-round.
Business owners will have the opportunity to meet with the energy company’s E2B team, a mobile group committed to serving local SMB customers. Other CPS Energy representatives also will be available from the following areas: solar programs, reliability, customer engineering, supply chain, public safety and education, and customer service.
Door prizes will be available for fair attendees on behalf of CPS Energy’s community partners. Registration is not required. Community partners include the Small Business Administration, LiftFund, City of San Antonio Economic Development, UTSA Small Business Development Center, Prosper West, SA Growth on the Eastside (SAGE), Workforce Solutions, Southside First EDC, Maestro Entrepreneur Center, Centro SA, Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG), Goodwill Industries, South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency & Bexar County Small Business Entrepreneurship Department.
