Starting today, CPS Energy Customer Service hours return to non-peak season hours. Customer Service Reps will be available to assist customers by phone from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Saturday hours of 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. will remain the same.
Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for electric or gas emergencies, requests for new service, transfer of service, and move-outs. For electric and gas emergencies, customers can call (210) 353-HELP (4357). For all other service and bill inquiries, reps can be reached at (210) 353-2222.
Hours also will change for the four Customer Service Centers. Effective Monday, October 13, the centers will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. The centers are closed on weekends and holidays.
Extended peak season hours are expected to go back into effect next June.
