2016-17 Annual Report: Raising the bar on safety
More than 10 million miles driven on the road every year. Work that involves being anywhere from 36 to 200 feet off the ground, or in trenches surrounded by natural gas and electrical lines. More than 2.5 million square feet of administrative space with thousands of work spaces and stairwells. Talk about dangerous work and potential hazards. Our 3,200 CPS Energy employees face them every day and that’s the reason why safety is in our DNA.
With our ZERO HARM THROUGH SAFETY culture, we take pride in watching each other’s back and working to keep our customers and community safe. Our safety results are our proof in the pudding.
