June 27, 2024 (SAN ANTONIO) – CPS Energy customer services will only be available to customers for emergency-related calls from 8:00 am on Saturday, June 29 through 12:00 pm on Sunday, June 30 due to planned system maintenance.

EZ Pay credit card and Western Union payment processing, including payments at HEB locations, will also be unavailable during the maintenance.

CPS Energy anticipates the automated phone system, self-service options, and web portals to be online by noon Sunday, June 30. CPS Energy customer services will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 1 at 7:00 a.m.
