Customer Outreach Resource Effort (C.O.R.E.) Program’s Work Highlighted

CPS Energy’s dedicated Customer Engagement team of Energy Advisors have been proactively reaching out to customers to remind them about helpful programs that are available. This assistance includes support from other community organizations that serve Greater San Antonio, as well as our programs that can help pay utility bills. Our newly created Customer Outreach Resource Effort (C.O.R.E.) program has been proactively calling customers since mid-June with this information.

WOAI-TV’s Emily Baucum recently featured our own Hector Ortiz, Jr! We are proud that Hector enthusiastically talked to Emily about C.O.R.E., since he and his Call Center teammates are always very eager to help our customers.
