CPS ENERGY OFFICES CLOSING EARLY ON ELECTION DAY

CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers and call center will close at noon on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.  The decision to close early provides employees an opportunity to stay safe and off the roads as the nation heads to the polls on Election Day.  Employees have been encouraged to vote early and adhere to social distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19. Those who did not vote early and would still like to vote will also have this extra time to exercise that right.

CPS Energy crews stand ready to respond and will remain available for any outage restoration that is needed during this time. During this closure, customers can still report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime. Social media channels will be monitored for urgent issues. CPS Energy Customer Service Centers will resume their currently modified hours beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 4.
