CPS ENERGY OFFICES CLOSED WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 2024, FOR JUNETEENTH

June 18, 2024 (SAN ANTONIO) – CPS Energy offices, call center and customer service centers will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in observance of Juneteenth. CPS Energy’s customer service centers will resume normal operations at 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

During the closure, customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling (210) 353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime. Online services may be accessed at cpsenergy.com.

Customers can conveniently take care of the following services any hour or day by logging into Manage My Account:

  • start/stop/transfer service,
  • make payment arrangements,
  • set up a payment plan,
  • reconnect services following full payment of past-due bill
  • sign up for emergency alerts, and
  • update contact information, mailing address, and other options.

Customers in need of bill payment assistance can call (210) 353-2222. To pay bills by phone, customers can call (877) 257-1172. To mail a payment, customers can include their bill and payment to CPS Energy, P.O. Box 2678, San Antonio, TX 78289.
