CPS ENERGY OFFICES CLOSED MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6; BRAUNIG AND CALAVERAS LAKES OPEN

Customers encouraged to take a moment to update emergency info during holiday break

September 3, 2021 (SAN ANTONIO) – CPS Energy offices and customer service centers will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2021, in observance of Labor Day. During the closure, customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime. CPS Energy customer service centers will resume normal business hours of 7:45 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7.

CPS Energy’s Braunig and Calaveras lakes and the surrounding parks are open during the holiday. CPS Energy reminds the community to celebrate Labor Day by practicing water safety, taking proper COVID-19 precautions, and preventing zebra mussels from invading local lakes. Boaters are asked to clean, drain and dry their boats to ensure the invasive species does not take over local lakes as they have in other communities.
