CPS Energy’s Braunig and Calaveras lakes, along with the lakes’ associated parks, are now open to full capacity. With these areas being popular recreational sites, CPS Energy reminds customers to stay vigilant and focused on preserving our waterways by preventing zebra mussels from invading our local lakes. Boaters are asked to clean, drain and dry their boats to ensure the invasive species does not take over our lakes as they have in other communities.
