CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers and call center will be closed Monday, September 3 in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Social media channels will be monitored for urgent issues.
Natural gas or electric emergencies can be reported by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
During the holiday weekend, updates will be performed to My Energy Portal. This means customers will not be able to view their daily energy use or utilize the self-service reconnect feature. These online services are expected to be back to normal by Tuesday, September 4.
Customers can still conveniently access account information through Manage My Account at cpsenergy.com anytime, including holidays.
By using Manage My Account, customers can:
- view current bill and balance due
- make a payment online
- request to start/stop/transfer service
- sign up for payment plans
- update contact info and mailing address
Payments can also be made at these locations: H-E-B, Walgreens, La Fiesta, Speedy Cash/Money Box and Woodforest National Bank located in Walmart locations.
All payments made at these locations are posted to a customer’s account immediately. Customer service centers will resume regular hours at 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, September 4.
