CPS ENERGY MARCH BOARD MEETING SUPPORTS SOCIAL DISTANCING – TO BE AUDIO ONLY

San Antonio, Texas – March 27, 2020 –In order to limit face-to-face meetings, and to help slow the spread of COVID-19, CPS Energy’s next regular Board of Trustees Meeting will be by teleconference on Monday, March 30, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. There will be no in-person access.

“CPS Energy remains fully committed to continuing essential business operations of providing electric and natural gas services for the San Antonio metropolitan community during these unprecedented times,” said Paula Gold-Williams, President & CEO of CPS Energy. “While this is a different format for us, we are still encouraging the public to participate by signing up to speak during the public comment portion of the agenda. Additionally, everyone is welcome to listen to the entire meeting by dialing a toll-free telephone number or they can listen to the audio stream through our website.”

Pre-registration for Public Comment is required and will be via phone on March 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at (210) 353-4662. Registered speakers will be required to provide their name, contact information and the agenda item they are commenting about. Speakers will be provided dial-in instructions and called to speak in the order which they registered.
