CPS Energy offices closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day Jan. 19
CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers and call center will be closed on Mon., Jan. 19 for the federal and state Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday.
The closure will not affect customers’ ability to report natural gas or electric emergencies. Emergencies should be reported by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 at any time of the day or night.
Services can be conveniently accessed online through Manage My Account at cpsenergy.com anytime, including holidays, nights and weekends. Using Manage My Account, customers can avoid any post-holiday wait to take care of the following services:
- start/stop service
- transfer service
- update contact info and mailing address
- make payment arrangements
- set up a payment plan and other options
General billing information is available by calling the automated phone system at 210-353-2222. CPS Energy’s social media sites will be minimally monitored during the holiday.
Customer service centers, located at the following addresses, will resume their regular schedules at 7:30 a.m. on Tues., Jan. 20:
